Get Honey AI Terms of Service

These terms form the agreement between you and Get Honey AI. By opening get-honeys.com, creating an account or starting a companion chat, you accept everything written below.

1. 1. Acceptance of these termsUsing Get Honey AI means you agree to these terms in full. If any part is unacceptable to you, please stop using the service.
2. 2. Age eligibilityGet Honey AI is available only to people aged 18 or over, or the age of majority in their jurisdiction if that age is higher. Registering means you confirm you meet this requirement.
3. 3. Nature of the serviceGet Honey AI provides fictional companions for entertainment. Every character, photograph and biography is fictional and no real person is represented.
4. 4. Not professional adviceCompanions do not give medical, legal, psychological or financial advice. Nothing said in a chat should be treated as guidance from a qualified professional.
5. 5. Account creationYou must provide accurate registration details and keep them current. One person may hold one account unless we approve otherwise in writing.
6. 6. Account securityYou are responsible for your password and for everything done through your account. Report suspected unauthorised access to us without delay.
7. 7. Free accessA free tier is offered with limited daily messages and features. We may adjust the limits of the free tier at any time.
8. 8. Paid plansPaid plans unlock additional features as described on the pricing section of Get Honey AI. Plan contents may be updated, and material reductions will be announced in advance.
9. 9. Billing and renewalSubscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period using your saved payment method until you cancel.
10. 10. CancellationYou may cancel at any time from account settings. Access continues until the end of the period already paid for.
11. 11. RefundsExcept where mandatory consumer law requires otherwise, payments are non-refundable once the corresponding period or credit has begun.
12. 12. Price changesWe may change prices. Existing subscribers are notified before a new price applies to their renewal and may cancel beforehand.
13. 13. TaxesDisplayed prices may exclude local taxes. Any applicable tax is added at checkout according to your billing location.
14. 14. ChargebacksInitiating a chargeback without first contacting support may result in immediate suspension of your account.
15. 15. Acceptable useYou agree not to use Get Honey AI for unlawful purposes, harassment of other members, distribution of malware, or any activity that disrupts the service.
16. 16. Prohibited contentAny attempt to generate or solicit content involving minors, non-consensual acts, real identifiable individuals or illegal activity is strictly forbidden and results in permanent removal.
17. 17. No automated accessScraping, crawling, reverse engineering, automated message sending and unauthorised access to our systems are prohibited.
18. 18. Reporting abuseContent or behaviour that breaches these terms can be reported to abuse@get-honeys.com and will be reviewed promptly.
19. 19. Your contentYou keep ownership of the text you write. You grant Get Honey AI a limited licence to store and process it solely to operate the service for you.
20. 20. Our contentThe Get Honey AI name, design, companion artwork, written copy and code are protected and may not be copied, resold or redistributed without permission.
21. 21. Generated outputImages, voice notes and text produced during your chats are for personal, non-commercial use. Commercial redistribution requires our written consent.
22. 22. Third-party servicesGet Honey AI relies on external payment, hosting and delivery providers. Their availability is outside our direct control.
23. 23. Service availabilityWe aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Maintenance, updates and technical faults may cause downtime.
24. 24. Changes to the serviceFeatures may be added, modified or withdrawn. We will not remove a core feature of a paid plan without notifying subscribers.
25. 25. Suspension and terminationWe may suspend or close accounts that breach these terms, attempt fraud, or create risk for other members. Serious breaches result in termination without refund.
26. 26. Deleting your accountYou may delete your account at any time. Deletion is permanent and removes your conversations along with it.
27. 27. Disclaimer of warrantiesGet Honey AI is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.
28. 28. Limitation of liabilityTo the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from your use of Get Honey AI is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim.
29. 29. IndemnityYou agree to indemnify Get Honey AI against claims, damages and costs arising from your misuse of the service or your breach of these terms.
30. 30. Governing law and disputesThese terms are governed by the laws applicable at our place of establishment. Disputes should first be raised with support at legal@get-honeys.com; unresolved disputes go to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
31. 31. Severability and updatesIf any clause is held invalid, the remaining clauses stay in force. We may revise these terms, and continued use of Get Honey AI after the revision date means you accept the new version.
